Description

The TGX Torch-On SBS Underlay is a fully bonded, torch-applied, glass fibre reinforced, and SBS modified bitumen underlay. It has an upper surface finish of sand and a thermo-fusible film on the underside.

TGX Torch-On SBS Underlay, combined with the TGX Torch-On SBS Capsheet, can be used to provide built-up flat roofing solutions in both domestic and commercial situations.

When installed as a complete built-up roof system, and conditions are maintained, relevant Codes of Practice and UK Building Regulations, the TGX system has a 10-year material guarantee.

• Torch-applied – can be applied all year round as less affected by weather/temperature variations
